Our plant has been operating in Westfield since the early 1900’s. Since building our plant here in Westfield, we have had the need to work with various city departments hundreds if not thousands times. From the Mayor’s and Clerk’s offices to the Building Department, Water Department and Fire Department, these folks are good at what they do.

“They are always courteous, cooperative and knowledgeable. They are truly professionals.  The city’s Gas and Electric company is remarkable. I can recall when an incident occurred and an outside vendor knocked out a transformer causing wide range power outage in the facility. The Westfield G+E crew of eight men worked through the night in heavy rain to restore power to the plant the following morning.

These folks are truly top notch and we are grateful for all they do for us at Columbia and the citizens of this community.
